Ziwi ZiPP Pillow

The short answer is no. Just like our mattresses, ZiPP pillows also have interlocked soft and firm foams for comfort and support. But with the pillows, the difference between the two foams is much more subtle because full support is only needed under your neck while the rest of the pillow needs to be soft for your head. There might be a small difference in feel from one side to the other, but no matter which side of the pillow you sleep on, you’ll get optimal support for your neck and cushioning softness for your head. Don't forget, ZiPP's heat-releasing airways open as soon as your head hits the pillow, helping your pillow stay cooler through the night.

in curating the right durable materials to ensure a quality product. Our ZiPP pillows have a 2-year warranty against defects (see our warranty page for details). Pillows without ZiPP™ technology are offered with a 1-year warranty. 

We offer a 100-night return program for ZiPP pillows and 30 nights for non-ZiPP pillows. If you don’t feel that our pillow is right for you, please contact our customer
service pros, and they can assist you with questions or returns.

ZiPP pillows will balance comfort and support when used, even if they are doubled up from folding. It is possible that folding the pillow under your head will reduce the channel flexing somewhat, but it's still quite comfortable, so go for it! Or consider buying one of our tall pillows for added pillow height.

We don’t have a travel-size pillow currently. The good news is our regular pillow squishes down really well, so take it with you and skip the hotel bed pillows.
