Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver your Ziwi product as quickly as possible. Our distribution centers fulfill orders during regular business hours and process orders for shipment within 1 week of purchase being completed. In the event that a product is sold out, it will be shipped as soon as possible.
Products are shipped via a small parcel carrier (such as FedEX or UPS Ground). You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information via email as your product leaves the distribution center.
