Ziwi Terms of Service as of January 11, 2024.

1. Ziwi is a DBA of Ziwi LLC, which is registered in Utah. Reference is made herein for convenience to the website ziwi.com, but all ways in which you may interact with Ziwi, including social media and Ziwi stores are governed by these terms and conditions and “ziwi.com” shall be construed as such. In using Ziwi’s website ziwi.com, or in purchasing any product from Ziwi, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions, which may be modified by Ziwi from time to time, shall be understood to also include the terms of Ziwi’s warranty and return policies (both found on ziwi.com). Without limiting the foregoing, your clicking the box prior to order finalization in which you agree to these terms and conditions or your placing an order with Ziwi by any method (including on the phone with Ziwi customer service) is a valid contract between you and Ziwi that is subject to these terms and conditions.

Any dispute between yourself and Ziwi or any cause of action will be resolved solely by arbitration in Utah County, UT with the parties being responsible for their own costs regardless of the outcome. Accordingly you waive the right to any other remedy including an arbitration elsewhere and a jury trial anywhere. Ziwi’s liability under any dispute or cause of action shall be limited to the amount of the payment by you to Ziwi.
   
   
3. Ziwi reserves the right to limit or refuse sales to any party for any reason.

Everything in this ziwi.com website is copyrighted by Ziwi and is subject to trademark and trade dress and other intellectual property rights of Ziwi and may not be used by you or any party without Ziwi’s express written consent, without which you may only view the content for personal reasons. In no case may you use it for commercial or illegal or unethical reasons.
