I read about Ziwi's new "Zip" design online and decided to give it a try. I kid you not, I fall asleep quicker and stay asleep the whole night. Also, it doesn't smell like a chemistry lab accident when you first open it the way my old memory foam mattress did. Ziwi is a truly great mattress, and very affordable. I'll update my review in few months (we got a cheap mattress on amazon a while ago when living temporarily in NYC, and it was garbage after 3 months), to better describe it's long-term properties.
I've had just under a dozen mattresses over the last 20 or so years and this is by far the best one I've had. I'm 6' 5" and have found that most mattresses leave me stiff and sore the next morning but this ZIWI brand is a life changer.
Within just a couple days my back pain and stiffness were completely gone and I was sleeping through the entire night waking up rested. The best part about it, is I've been in deep sleep nearly every night and dreaming whereas I rarely did before getting it.
I moved home about 8 months ago where I used the king mattress that was already in the room, but within a couple months switched it out for my ZIWI although it's a queen because of how comfortable it is.

This is the best mattress I’ve ever had! I always wake up in the middle of the night overheated but I’m now able to sleep through the night with no problems. Also, I usually wake up with sore shoulders because of the way I sleep but this mattress has fixed this problem as well. It was a little more firm than I expected but this was solved after a couple weeks of sleeping on it and I think this helps with the shoulder soreness I had experienced with other mattresses. I definitely recommend this mattress for everyone!
Was very soft upon opening, so I was concerned but slowly firmed up as it expanded. I love the balance of soft and hard foam and feel like it’s healing long term aches held by my body. Very happy with purchase thus far hoping it lasts in longevity but too soon to tell
